Gourmet Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 medium potatoes
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 stick oleo
    8 oz. sour cream
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Peel and cook potatoes.
    Mix with electric mixer.
    Add stick of oleo and softened cream cheese.
    Mix well.
    Add sour cream, a little at a time, to get the desired consistency of mashed potatoes.
    Put in baking dish, dot with oleo and sprinkle with paprika.
    Heat in oven until lightly browned.
    Can be prepared a day ahead.
