Kathy'S Favorite Ham And Cheese Broccoli Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears or florets
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks in juice
    1 (8 to 10 oz.) pkg. ham slices (long, not deli round; lean)
    5 slices fat-free Swiss processed cheese
    1 1/2 tsp. butter or margarine
    1 1/2 tsp. flour
    1/2 to 1 tsp. prepared horseradish (depending on taste)
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/4 tsp. grated onion (fresh)
    1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. milk
    1 slightly beaten egg yolk
Preparation
    Cook broccoli according to package; drain.
    Drain off pineapple juice to make 1/2 cup juice.
    In saucepan, melt butter or margarine.
    Stir in flour, horseradish, mustard, onion, Worcestershire sauce and salt.
    Add milk all at once.
    Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.
    Cook and stir for 1 minute more. Combine egg yolk and pineapple juice.
    Add half of the hot mixture to egg yolk; return all to pan.
    Cook and stir over low heat until thickened.
