Pork Chop Potato Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sliced potatoes
    1 c. cream of celery or mushroom soup
    4 pork chops
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 Tbsp. onions
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
Preparation
    Put potatoes in greased 2-quart casserole; pour over mixture of soup, milk, salt, pepper and onions.
    Season and trim fat from chops; brown in skillet on both sides.
    Put on top of potatoes. Cover and bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
