Banana Pudding(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. skim milk
    1/2 c. egg substitute
    1 tsp. vegetable oil or margarine, melted
    2 medium bananas, sliced
    crumbled vanilla wafers
Preparation
    Combine
    dry
    ingredients
    thoroughly
    and
    set
    aside. Whisk remaining\tingredients
    (except
    bananas
    and
    vanilla wafers) in a 6 to 8 cup microwave container.
    Add dry ingredients and whisk all ingredients thoroughly.
    Cover with plastic wrap, leaving
    a small vent.
    Microwave for 6 to 8 minutes or until thick, stirring each minute.
