Crustless Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
nutmeg
Preparation

Beat eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add flour; mix well.
Add milk and vanilla.
Pour into pie pan lightly greased with butter.
Sprinkle nutmeg on top.
Bake about 50 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Flour settles to bottom during baking to form a very light crust.
