Seafood Curry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 c. chopped tart apples
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 tsp. curry powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. milk
    2 c. cooked, cleaned shrimp
Preparation
    Melt butter; add apples.
    Cook 5 minutes.
    Combine flour, curry powder and salt.
    Stir into apples.
    Add milk slowly.
    Cook and stir until thickened.
    Add shrimp.
    Serve over hot fluffy rice.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
