Freezer Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 c. sliced cucumbers
    1 c. sliced onion
    1 c. sliced carrots
    1 c. green pepper, cut in small chunks
Preparation
    Put all in glass dish, crock or enamel pan.
    Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon salt.
    Let sit 2 hours.
    Bring syrup to boil, then let cool.
