Biscuits With Oil(Low Cholesterol) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    3/4 c. skim milk
    2 Tbsp. canola oil
Preparation
    Mix together flour, milk and oil until flour is damp.
    The mixture is thick but able to be stirred with a fork.
    Whip mixture with fork for a few seconds.
    Turn dough onto a floured surface and knead 8 to 10 times or until dough becomes firm and smooth. Pat out dough into 3/4-inch thickness.
    Cut with biscuit cutter. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
