Cheesy Jalapeno Appetizer - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small can jalapeno peppers, chopped and rinsed
1 1/2 lb. grated medium sharp Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
5 well-beaten eggs
Preparation

Put grated cheese in buttered 9 x 13-inch pan.
Pour peppers on top.
Pour beaten eggs over entire pan.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Serve warm or cold.
