Greek Lentil Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. red lentils
6 c. water
1/2 small onion, diced
1 rib celery, diced
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 tsp. red wine vinegar
1 c. brown lentils
3 Knorr vegetable cubes
1 small carrot, diced
1/8 tsp. celery seed
2 bay leaves
Preparation
-
Mix all ingredients, except the vinegar, in a soup pot; cook until the lentils are very soft, about 1 hour.
Stir in vinegar at the end and serve.
