Lemon Garlic Oil - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cloves garlic
    1 long spiral lemon peel (about 1/2-inch wide)
    1 to 1 1/2 c. olive or vegetable oil
Preparation
    Place garlic and lemon peel in bottle.
    Add oil; cover and chill at least 1 week, no longer than 2 months.
    Bring to room temperature before using.
    Use on salads or to brush over fish or poultry before broiling.
    Makes 1 to 1 1/2 cups.
