Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, chopped
    4 Tbsp. butter
    4 Tbsp. Crisco
    3/4 c. flour
    1 c. milk
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    1 lb. crab meat
    1 egg
    bread crumbs
Preparation
    Mix first 8 ingredients together and cook until thick. Mix with crab meat and when cool, make patties. Roll in beaten egg and crumbs. Refrigerate for 1 hour, then fry until golden brown.
