Sausage Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hot ground sausage
3 c. Bisquick
1 c. sharp grated Cheddar cheese
1 Tbsp. warm water
cayenne pepper to taste (will have to bake a couple to see if they are hot enough since cannot eat raw sausage)
Preparation

Mix all ingredients well with hands and shape into small balls about the size of walnuts.
Place on cookie sheet about 1-inch apart.
Will not spread when baked so can be placed close together.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 15 minutes.
Will be brown on bottom.
Do not overcook.
Can be stored at room temperature in airtight container.
Makes about 100 balls.
