Baked Vegetables Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion, chopped
    1/4 c. butter
    2 c. frozen green beans
    2 c. frozen corn
    1 medium green pepper, chopped
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. basil
    3 slices bread, cubed
    3 c. Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    In skillet, melt butter and saute onion and garlic salt.
    In casserole, mix beans, corn, celery, green pepper and basil.
    Add sauteed onion and mix well.
    Mix 1 cup of cheese in mixture.
    Take bread cubes and place along outer edge of casserole, leaving the middle open.
    Sprinkle the rest of cheese over top of it all. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
