Magic Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
    2 c. (16 to 17 oz.) canned pumpkin
    1 can Eagle Brand milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    3/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1 egg
Preparation
    In large mixing bowl, blend together all ingredients.
    Turn mixture into pie shell.
    Bake in 375\u00b0 oven until sharp bladed knife inserted near center comes out clean, 50 to 55 minutes.
    Cool. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
    May press 1/4 cup chopped pecans into shell before pouring in filling.
