Raisin Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. sugar
    1 c. margarine
    15 oz. box Raisin Bran
    4 eggs
    1 qt. buttermilk
    5 c. flour
    5 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine flour, soda, salt, sugar and cereal.
    Add milk, shortening and eggs.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 18 minutes or microwave on Medium 4 1/2 minutes.
    Unbaked batter keeps in Tupperware in refrigerator for up to 6 weeks.
