Australian Pavlova - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large egg whites
    1/2 lb. powdered sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. apple cider vinegar
    1 c. whipping cream
Preparation
    Beat egg whites with electric mixer until stiff and dry. Gradually add sugar until all the sugar is dissolved.
    Mix baking powder and cornstarch together.
    Sprinkle over meringue while mixing.
    Add vanilla and vinegar.
    Beat for another minute. Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
    Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil. Grease foil and sprinkle with cornstarch.
    Mark out an 8-inch circle on the foil and spoon meringue into circle, heaping it up in the center as much as possible.
