Eggplant Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggplant
    1 large onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    sage to taste
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 eggs
    2 large pieces cornbread
    4 pieces light bread
    butter
Preparation
    Peel and cut up eggplant.
    Then boil until they are done enough to mash up.
    Remove from the boiling water and mash the eggplant.
    Then add cream of chicken soup, onion (chopped), eggs, salt, pepper, cornbread (crumbled), light bread and sage to your taste.
    Mix well.
