Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can mandarin oranges
    1 can chunk pineapple
    2 or 3 bananas
    maraschino cherries
    1 pkg. Jell-O vanilla pudding, cooked
Preparation
    Drain pineapple and oranges.
    Use 1 1/2 cups liquid; if not enough, add water.
    Mix with pudding mix and cook until thick. Then cool.
    Add fruit and mix.
    Add bananas and cherries last and mix gently.
