Turkey Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground turkey
    3 medium onions, chopped
    4 Tbsp. chili powder
    2 (1 lb.) cans crushed tomatoes
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    4 cloves garlic, chopped
    2 to 3 cans kidney beans
    2 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1 can tomato puree
Preparation
    Saute onions and garlic over low heat.
    Add turkey hamburger to saucepot.
    Cover.
    Stir frequently until meat is lightly cooked and separated.
    Add chili powder, tomatoes and pepper.
    Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
    Uncover; add drained kidney beans to sauce.
    Cook slowly about 30 minutes.
    Add tomato puree with a little water if mixture is too thick.
    Tastes better when cooked in advance (24 hours).
