Pork Chops And Browned Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 medium onion, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 bouillon cubes, dissolved in 2 1/2 c. hot water
Preparation
    Brown chops and set aside.
    Pour rice into pan where chops were browned.
    Stir constantly until golden brown, about 10 minutes.
    Add onion and cook until tender.
    Add bouillon water; simmer over low heat until liquid is gone, 20 to 25 minutes.
    Lay chops on top of rice for the last 10 minutes.
