Pork And Sausage Jambalaya - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. cubed pork
    2 lb. cut sausage
    4 onions, cut fine
    3 tsp. garlic
    1/4 c. green peppers
    4 c. Mahatma long grain rice or 2 boxes Zatarian jambalaya mix
Preparation
    Put 1 cup water in pot.
    Add cubed pork and start browning. When pork turns light brown, add sausage and brown until dark brown.
    Remove excess grease from pot.
    Brown onions.
    Add green onions and bell pepper.
    Cook down.
    Add 4 cups water.
    Add seasoning and bring to a boil.
    Add rice and stir until water becomes thick.
    Cover and put fire as low as possible.
    Wait 10 minutes and turn rice over (do not stir) from the bottom of the pot.
    Re-cover.
    Wait 10 minutes and turn over again.
    Turn fire off.
    Let sit 5 minutes and serve.
