Sweet And Sour Sausage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. pork sausage (hot or mild)
3/4 c. catsup
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. lemon juice
8 oz. can crushed or chunk pineapple, drained
2 Tbsp. water
Preparation
-
Slice sausage in quarter slices.
Brown on both sides.
Drain off fat.
Add other ingredients.
Simmer 10 minutes.
Serves 5 to 6.
