Carrot Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. grated carrots
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. plain flour
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. baking soda
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. raisins (optional)
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs; stir in remaining ingredients.
    Place into 2 loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
