Coconut Cream Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 regular white cake mix
1 tsp. almond extract
1 (7 oz.) pkg. coconut
1 (10 oz.) can cream of coconut
1 (12 oz.) pkg. Cool Whip
Preparation

Mix and bake cake according to package directions adding almond extract and 1/2 of the coconut.
After baking and while still hot, poke holes in top of cake with fork and pour a can of cream of coconut over the top.
Cool completely and cover cake completely with Cool Whip and remainder of coconut.
