Scalloped Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. shredded cheese
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 can evaporated milk
    10 to 12 large potatoes
Preparation
    Combine 1 1/2 cups cheese, both soups, onion and evaporated milk into saucepan and place on medium heat.
    Stir occasionally. Heat until all ingredients are mixed well and cheese is melted.
