Pecan Dainties - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 egg white
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 c. brown sugar

Preparation

Beat egg whites until stiff.
Fold in sugar and pecans.
Drop by spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 250\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Do not store in airtight container.
