Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 c. chopped onions
    2 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 lb. ground lean pork
    5 to 6 garlic cloves, crushed
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. sweet basil
    1 bay leaf
    2 cans Italian stewed tomatoes
    1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 small can tomato sauce
    2 c. sliced mushrooms
    dash of Tabasco
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 pkg. spaghetti sauce seasoning
    1/4 c. brown sugar
Preparation
    Heat oil and add onion, celery, green pepper and meat.
    Cook until all meat changes color.
    In a large Dutch oven, combine meat mixture and all remaining ingredients except Parmesan.
    Simmer on low heat until liquid is almost gone and mixture is slightly thickened (about 30 minutes), stirring occasionally.
    Add Parmesan cheese just before serving.
