Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. smoked pork chops (4 or 5 chops)
    4 potatoes
    4 carrots
    1 onion
    1 green pepper
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Chop pork chops into cubes and brown in 2 tablespoons oil. Cut up vegetables into cubes.
    Mix browned pork, vegetables, mushroom soup and water until well blended.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour or until vegetables are tender.
