Chicken Lynn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breast halves
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 stack Ritz crackers
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 Tbsp. poppy seed
Preparation
    Boil
    chicken
    until
    tender;
    cool and remove meat off bones. Cover
    bottom
    of a 9 x 12-inch pan with chicken.\tMix sour cream with undiluted chicken soup and spread over chicken.\tCrush crackers
    and
    spread
    on
    top of casserole.
    Melt margarine and dribble over crackers.
    Sprinkle poppy seed over crackers.\tBake in\t350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes or until bubbly. Yields 6 servings.
