Avocado Cocktail Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large ripe avocado
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 small slice onion
1/4 c. mayonnaise
6 drops Tabasco
salt to taste
potato chips
Preparation

Halve and peel avocado, reserving 1 shell.
Cube avocado and put in container of an electric blender.
Add lemon juice, onion, mayonnaise, Tabasco and salt.
Process until pureed.
