Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. shortening
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    4 Tbsp. warm water
    2 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients; cut in shortening.
    Dissolve yeast in warm water and add to flour mixture.
    Add buttermilk and mix well. Turn out on a
    floured board or wax paper.
    Roll about 1-inch thick.
    Cut out biscuits.
    Dip in melted butter and fold over. Bake 15 minutes in 400\u00b0 oven.
    Dough can be stored in refrigerator and baked later.
    They do not have to rise before baking.
