Green Bean Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans French green beans, drained
1 can white Shoepeg corn, drained
1 c. mild Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. onion
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. sour cream
1 pkg. Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick margarine, melted
Preparation
-
Melt together the cheese, onion, soup and sour cream.
Stir in with the beans and corn.
Put in large casserole dish.
Combine the crackers and margarine and sprinkle over top. Cook 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
