Pat'S Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large, boneless chicken breasts
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
    Parmesan cheese
    2 pkg. frozen spinach
Preparation
    Defrost spinach and squeeze dry. Spread it in a 9 x 12 oiled pan. Add chicken. Pour soup and mayonnaise over dish. Add seasoned crumbs, then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 3/4 hour.
