Hot Pineapple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can chunk pineapple
    1 large can crushed pineapple
    6 Tbsp. reserved juice
    6 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 c. Cheddar cheese
    1 roll Ritz crackers, crushed
    1 stick butter, melted
Preparation
    Drain and save juice from both cans of pineapple.
    Mix reserved juice, flour and sugar; add to the pineapple and mix. Pour in a medium Pyrex dish.
    Grate cheese; sprinkle over pineapple.
    Mix crackers and butter and put on top of the cheese. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes, uncovered.
