Carolina Peach Pie - cooking recipe

1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
4 c. sliced peaches
1/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sour cream
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Cut 1/2 cup butter into mixture of 1 1/2 cups flour and 1/2 teaspoon salt until crumbly.
Pat into 9-inch pie plate.
Sprinkle peaches with 1/4 cup sugar.
Combine 2 tablespoons flour, 3/4 cup sugar, egg, 1/4 teaspoon salt, vanilla and sour cream in bowl; mix well.
Fold in peaches.
Spoon into prepared pie plate.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Reduce temperature to 350\u00b0.
Bake 20 minutes longer.
Sprinkle mixture of remaining 1/3 cup sugar, 1/3 cup flour and cinnamon over pie.
Bake 10 minutes.
Delicious served with peach or pralines and cream, ice cream or whipped cream.
