Apple Pudding Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
1 egg or substitute
3 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 apples
Preparation

Peel apples in thin wedge slices.
Grease small pie dish well and flour.
Mix all ingredients.
Pour in pan.
Arrange apple wedges around the top (slightly overlap).
Fill in center.
Mix 2 tablespoons of sugar and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon; sprinkle over top.
Dot generously with margarine or butter.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
Peaches can be substituted for apples.
