King Ranch Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts or large fryer
    12 to 16 corn tortillas
    1 onion, chopped
    1 large bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 tsp. chili powder (optional)
    garlic salt to taste (optional)
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 can Ro-Tel tomatoes with green chilies (I use whole can)
Preparation
    Boil the fryer or breasts; debone and cut it to pieces.
    Soak tortillas a few seconds in chicken stock until wilty.
    Layer all ingredients in order listed.
    Bake in a 9 x 12-inch dish for 30 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Yields 16 to 20 servings.
