Manicotti With Cheese Filling - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) box manicotti (uncooked)
    8 oz. (2 c.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
    2 c. Ricotta cheese
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3 1/2 c. spaghetti sauce
Preparation
    Cook manicotti according to package directions. Drain. (Cool in single layer on wax paper or aluminum foil to prevent manicotti from sticking together.) Combine cheeses, parsley, salt and pepper for filling. Spoon into manicotti. Spread thin layer of sauce on bottom of 13 x 9-inch baking pan. Arrange manicotti in single layer over sauce. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 40 minutes. Remove foil. Bake 15 minutes longer. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
