Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. squash
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
1 small onion, chopped
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
1 1/2 sticks butter
Preparation

Cook, drain and mash squash.
Add soup, sour cream and onion to squash.
Melt butter in casserole.
Add stuffing mix and blend well.
Leave half of stuffing in bottom of the dish.
Pour squash mixture on top and put rest of stuffing on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
