Chocoholics' Cheesecake Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 3/4 oz. cream cheese
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 beaten egg
1/3 c. cooking oil
3/4 c. milk
confectioners sugar
1 c. flour
3 Tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. sugar

Preparation

In a small bowl, beat cream cheese and 2 tablespoons of sugar until light and fluffy.
Set aside.
