Mushroom Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) box mushrooms, sliced
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese, cubed
    2 bunches green onions, chopped
    1/2 c. oil
    1/4 c. wine vinegar
    3 tsp. Cavender's Greek seasoning
Preparation
    Mix mushrooms, cheese and green onion together.
    Then mix the oil, vinegar and Cavender's Greek seasoning for dressing.
    After mixing well, pour over mushroom mixture.
    Serves 10.
