Basil And Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion, finely chopped
    1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
    2 tsp. olive oil
    3 large potatoes, peeled and sliced (about 4 1/2 c.)
    1 (14 oz.) can chicken broth
    1 1/2 c. low-fat sour cream
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3 slices bacon
    1 tsp. dried basil
    1 (14 oz.) can beef broth
Preparation
    Cook onion and mushrooms in hot oil over medium-high heat until onion is tender and light brown.
    Add potatoes, beef broth and chicken broth; bring to boil.
    Cover and simmer about 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
    Fry bacon until crisp; drain and crumble.
