Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. sirloin or flank steak, cut in thin strips
    2 c. sliced mushrooms
    1 medium onion, sliced
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 (13 1/3 oz.) can beef broth
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/3 c. tomato paste or ketchup
    1 1/2 c. Minute rice
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Brown the meat quickly in oil, then add mushrooms and onion. Cook, stirring, until the onion is tender, about 3 minutes.
    Add broth, Worcestershire sauce, paprika and tomato paste.
    Bring to a boil.
    Stir in rice.
    Cover and remove from heat.
    Let stand for 5 minutes.
    Stir in sour cream.
    Makes 4 servings.
