Chicken Mexicana(Low Calorie) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large chickens, cut up
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 Tbsp. cooking oil
    2 onions, chopped
    1/4 c. minced green pepper
    1 1/2 cubes chicken bouillon
    2 c. canned tomatoes
    1 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
Preparation
    Mix salt, pepper, paprika, oregano and garlic powder; rub into chicken.
    Heat oil in skillet and saute onions and green pepper. Brown chicken.
    Add remaining ingredients, cover and cook until tender, about 30 to 40 minutes.
