Joanie'S Fruitcake(For Those Who Don'T Like Candied Fruit) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. nuts
    1 pkg. dates
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. red cherries
    1/2 c. green cherries
    3/4 c. flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 well beaten eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix nuts, dates, raisins, red and green cherries.
    Coat with flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
    Mix well with eggs and vanilla.
    Grease well 1 large loaf pan or 3 small ones.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
