Tennessee Brisket - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 beef brisket (4 to 6 lb.)
1/4 c. whiskey
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. ketchup (optional)
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 medium onion, finely chopped
2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 cloves garlic, minced
dash of Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Trim excess fat to 1/4-inch thick.
Place brisket in large plastic bag or glass baking dish.
Combine remaining ingredients in measuring cup; add water to equal 2 cups water and pour over brisket.
Cover tightly; refrigerate 8 hours.
