Macadamia Nut Brittle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. corn syrup
    1 c. roasted Macadamia nuts, chopped
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Combine sugar, syrup, and nuts in a microwave safe container. Microwave, covered on HIGH for 3 minutes.
    Add butter and vanilla and microwave on HIGH for 1 minute.
    Add baking soda and stir until foamy and smooth.
    Pour into a large greased tupperware container and cool for 1 hour.
    When hardened, remove from tupperware, crack, and serve.
