Best Yet Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. melted butter or oleo
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    5 eggs, separated
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Crust:
    Mix graham cracker crumbs with sugar, then with butter.
    Line sides and bottom of a 9-inch spring-form pan with this mixture.
    Refrigerate at least 15 minutes.
