Ham And Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ham, diced
    8 medium potatoes, cubed
    1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 bell pepper, diced
    1 onion, diced
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Layer all ingredients in a baking dish: ham, potatoes, cheese, onion and salt and pepper to taste.
    Pour milk over ingredients. Cover dish with aluminum foil and bake for 45 to 60 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until potatoes are tender.
